The Student Reception located on the ground floor of University House acts as a ‘one stop shop’ for students wishing to access the University’s support services. The Student Reception is able to offer advice and guidance in the following areas:

The SDS reception, working closely with the Careers Service, is also able to assist students with:

The reception offers advice and guidance to students for all the above departments including the processing of fee payments and the issuing of student status letters.

The Reception Team is equipped to offer advice and guidance relating to all areas of the Academic Office and Student Development and Support Services.
